All appointments cancelled within the 48 hour window may be rescheduled to another date and time for one occurrence.

All appointments cancelled within 24hrs are responsible for the full appointment fee. 

All apointments cancelled within the 48hr period and will not be rescheduled will incur a $50 cancellation fee.
